im going from one bad habit to another one first it was biting my nails,then when i tried to stop i began biting my lip,and now that my nails are growing im pushing them into my palms and scratching myself(not enough to bleed or anything but i don't doubt that if something happened i'd do it) i'm not even meaning to do any of these and yet my body is like "oh,lets see how many times we can go from one bad habit to the next and it doesn't matter if its slightly damaging us" fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck
