and give myself compliments on occasion. Psych myself up. Give myself a little bit of extra motivation. I try to keep my mind out of that vicious loop of self-doubt and self-hatred. try and see what I can improve. I recommend everyone else do it too. Try and focus on what's good, and see what you can do to improve what isn't without an overflowing amount of self-hatred.
