Some sort of fairy?

This was a sketch I randomly drew, and then thought, oh maybe it's mae-daej(Queen of Fairies), but now I think it's a different fairy?? worldbuilding through art is fun. First question I need to Answer: What is that green stuff? I'm thinking it's some important substance. Maybe something that's slightly shady, so she's some sort of villain? Or maybe something that other fairies need? It's green, and kind o a toxi green, so maybe its bad. but also, they're fairies and nature focused. SO, maybe it is something they need. or, its something that she says they need but they don't actually need. SHes's definitely a salesperson though.
