people with a rank of sushi or higher (paintbrush next to their name) can post their art anywhere.
there are mods, they have a star next to their name.
the creator is active almost daily, and frequently updating the site! he is @ ClaytonR
no nsfw content allowed, because of Canadian laws (this is a canadian-run site)
generally just be kind!
there's also currency, called Koin, which you can use to change your name, buy different name color, give trophies to art you like, and purchase art in the market
EDIT: there is also different places art can go, and you get awarded Koin daily depending on where you ranked in Open Ocean/Still Waters/Whirlpool/Kiddie Pool/Swamp
