my wisdom teeth are gone...
so, it happened at 8:30 this morning and the procedure wasnt even that bad. if yall are scared of the surgery itself, pff. dont be. its nothing. at least, compared to the pain youll face AFTER. about 30 minutes after my surgery, the pain maximized and it was HELL. the pharmacy would NOT give us the pain meds cuz apparently the pharmacist was in a meeting?? ut like there was three dudes in there and my meds were already delievered. seems dumb... i finally got my meds and the pain has eased. but it still hurts. also, i had four wisdom teeth. some ppl only have two, or even 1 or 3. its a mixed bag but i was unlucky, and have all four. yayyyy... what sucks is i have to: hold ice on my cheeks for 20 minutes every hour wash my mouth with salt water after every meal have gauze in my mouth every 2 hours, take tons of meds for pain, and lastly i cant eat any food except liquid or extremely soft foods. but, im glad i did it. i had 6 years of dental work done to make my teeth straight, and if i didnt remove them, the wisdom teeth would shatter that progress by moving into my mouth. and i heard it hurts way more when they come in. makes sense. at least i get milkshakes and jello... hope yall are havin a gud day! later.
