NeonEclipse AnonymousTiger5 contest

Here's my entry for @AnonymousTiger5 's Neon contest! I choose @XEclipse as my "subject" of the piece, and as for the style, I honestly have no idea lol. I guess it's sorta "neon pop art", but again idk. Also encase someone's wondering, yes I did use neon colors (+black&white) only for all the colors, I just lowered the opacity on most of the layers and used a lot of gradients. Anyway, hope y'all, @AnonymousTiger5 and @XEclipse like this piece!
