New Feature! Timeline Maximize!

I've heard a lot of complaints about an inability to use the timeline on smaller-resolution screens and some of you (like @red_nose here https://drawn.digifi.ca/play/h74681 ) have come up with workarounds. To try and make things easier, I've added a "maximize/minimize" button for the timeline which will make it go full screen and allow you to manage your layers and drawings easier. Let me know if you come across any bugs. #updates #drawn
