Talking about mental health issues for I me myself, ignore
After having hypomanic and manic episodes for months I've been thinking that maybe those aren't normal but more like symptoms of bipolar disorder
Other than DPDR, which I'm sure I have since I've had episodes for years, I'll be now be doing research on bipolar to see if I can somehow find explanation to my mood swings and hallucinations
Actually, being bipolar would make so much sense, that would explain the hypomania, psychosis (hallucinations/delusions), and depression
What puzzles me is the bipolar 1 and bipolar 2 thing, I mainly identify with bipolar 2 because I mostly feel depression than hypomania, but apparently you can't have psychosis in bipolar 2?
Other than that, I'm not really THAT reckless, which should be part of the symptoms in mania... I only experience the accelerated speech and thoughts, feeling euphoric, less sleep time, and some others.. But not really the impulsive behaviors!
Well, bipolar is still a spectrum, meaning it's not the same in everyone..
