Am I overacting?

So I told my mom I ranked up on here and I told her that I had to have some skills to rank up, and she is really good at art so...when I told her, she did nothing. I was really disappointed, I mean, can she at least say congratulations? IDK if she wasn't listening or she didn't care or both. I probably shouldn't be bothered by this but I'm pretty bummed.... Sorry
