an idea for the editor
if you have 2+ layers, you can have this option. When you activate it and use the move tool, all frames move. Also you can select which frame will move and which not. If you have this desactivated and use the move tool, only the frame selected will move. I was thinking it would be a great idea @ClaytonR if you see this, tell me if you will add this some day
