Rainbow

This was inspired by @Jotan 's cute animation here: drawn.digifi.ca ! I really liked the effect they created, so I wanted to make my own version! I also animated the sparkles by following a part of this ToonBoom animation tutorial: design.tutsplus.com that explained how to animate sparkles! Anyway hope yall and @Jotan like it!
