Rainbow

This was inspired by @Jotan 's cute animation here: http://drawn.digifi.ca/play/jj1swy ! I really liked the effect they created, so I wanted to make my own version! I also animated the sparkles by following a part of this ToonBoom animation tutorial: https://design.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-animate-a-girl-twirling-around--cms-30731 that explained how to animate sparkles! Anyway hope yall and @Jotan like it!
