My Friends' Christmas Presents

I've been working on my friends' Christmas presents! One of them asked for a blue tiger, and the other asked if she could be drawn as a kinda forest elf. Here they are so far:

I think the dog's forehead is too big in the second one, but I'll fix that later. How do u like them??? Is there any mistakes you notice? Plez tell me. Thanks!
