story time so im in dance class which its kinda whatever i can do a pretty spin and maybe an epic calypso leap (((maybe))) but every thursday we have a big zumba work out which you may be thinking about the old lady danceing workout thing and tbh you are like 25% right i have to do a thing called zumba strong and it is a bunch of semi difficult - really difficult quadrants of workouts that target a part of your body well my dance teacher made us do the leg and butt quadrant and let me tell you i had a cramp in my right calf for almost 45min because of this workout it was great
