So it started pouring rain on me and it was the night so after hanging out with my sister and dad for an hour and i just out of no where get this bad anxiety and have these memorys that make me feel like crap. Im still having to deal with the anxiety, i wished it went away. I dont know why this randomly happens but it mostly happens on rainy days.
