Can everyone critique my art?

I'll never grow as an artist by just drawing the same exact type of stuff every time. Is there a flaw that usually appears in my artworks often? Tell me so. Don't sugarcoat ANYthing, just really throw it at my face. I can handle it. Helpful criticism is what i'm solely aiming for but if you just don't like my art in general, explaining why would be great, but if you plainly don't like it, that's cool.
