I finally had a talk with myself after a while. It's surprising how much it makes you feel better afterwards. It was rough though, had to face a few problems with myself and talk my way through them, I had to be my own therapist for a bit, but I found out that talking to myself helps me see clearer and helps me think more positively. You know that phrase "treat others the way you want to be treated."? Well I did the opposite, I treated myself how I would treat others. I calmly asked whats wrong and talked about a lot and it was very cathartic in a way just talking to myself. You all should try it sometime, it helps.
