un-screw you, i just finished rewatching all of steven universe future. [Spoilers ahead for SUF and Amphibia (but only a bit nothing much)] Gotta say, I love it. Sure it has it's bad awkward moments, but thats because SUF is about the mc dealing with the trauma after defeating the big bad of the og series and movie. And you don't see that in most shows. They just show you a little snippet of what happened after, like in amphibia where they show where the characters ended up after the main event, but they never show the therapy and struggles they go through to get there. But SUF does that and does it well. Also, I feel as if I am going to reach a point in my future where im going to be like steven at the end of SUF where he is finally saying goodbye to the gems and everyone and I don't think I am ready to say goodbye anytime soon. Sure i am like 2 1/2 years away from then but I still feel I wont be ready by then. But then again, steven universe as a whole has taught me that sure change is tough, and it may take you a minute, a musical number, or many many months but at some point you might feel the need to change and whether or not you change its your decision to change. I could make a difference, or I could stay where I am currently. And I think that is the main takeaway from the end of steven universe. You are changing, but sometimes change is slow and tedious, but in the end, the change could be worth it. Gosh, I'm rambling, arent I? Well anyways, I think we should all strive for a change, whether it be big or small. And no matter what change you make, change is rough and we can't all just magically be whoever we want. Change is a choice you have to make and its okay if you arent ready, almost nobody is. But if you try to keep your mindset high, you might be able to make that change in your life that you need. God damn im such a fucking nerd LMAOOO. Anyways I cried for the 30 whole minutes watching the last 2 episodes so yeah, thats why I originally made this post, not to go on a rant lmao.
