Neon Spider (Contest Enrty)
Neon Spibir (spy-birh) is a guy that was just minding his own business when he got bitten by a bird. The bird had eaten a radioactive spider and became radioactive itself. Therefore he gained the powers of: wall climbing , web shooting , shrinkage (make himself bird/spider size) and flying! This is for @sandyBeepis contest!
