LCAC: Final design! 3

(Tfw you were suppose to make a post like nearly 3 years ago and you now just get to it 🙃).... So yah for those who don't know/remember, back in the day I had a thing called "Lets Create A Character" and the idea was that I had yall vote in multiple categories to help me create a new and interesting character design, and I would combine the winning answers into creating one design.
