this took FOREVER
but yes, i finally got a nice glitch affect going and i'm not joking, at first it was an accident. I was just gonna do the black glitches and that was gonna be it xD
Edit; Am i allowed to be fangirling over my own animation? Cuz i'm just really proud of the glitch affects right now xD
