Delete Published animations?

@ClaytonR I know I could've just made a much more simple post regarding this idea, but I wanted to be extra for once and animated this suggestion in detail lol. Anyway, instead of just hiding animations that have already been published, why not let the original artist delete it themselves? Idk just something that's been on my mind lately.
