OK, crappy demonstration but i think u get the idea. the button is under the pencil button,and then press repeat and transform and then type how many steps u want and then at the very bottom press follow gradient patern (for the gradient its pretty explanatory, just choose the colors that u want to blend into each other and boom! :)
