If everyone has a dollar

and is guaranteed to have it, then, from a business perspective, it'd b a good idea to raise the price of everything by a dollar, since everyone in guaranteed to have one. Also, It'd help pay off that tax that allows for everyone to have a dollar. Why am I saying this? well, just because the idea of universal income bugs me- because it just completely ignores the idea of inflation and just throws money everywhere to try and solve poverty. I'm not an expert on poverty, but I know that giving everyone a set amount of money won't fix it. Sorry for the rant, just felt like I needed to get this off my chest.
