Run Cycle Ref (On Two's)

Just a run cycle that's on twos.
- Twos means that something holds for two frames, rather than one. So, if we were to animate one second at 24 frames per second on twos, it means every other frame will be different.
(There's a lot of errors with this when it plays one frame that's on ones but i don't feel like fixing it >:D)
