When you say that you want to do physical harm to yourself or others, it’s a serious matter to more than just you alone. Lately, I’ve seen a lot of faffing on the topic of self harm and it’s done me a great deal of concern. If you or someone you know is having thoughts, feelings, or has even previously attempted, self or other people harm, reach out to someone who can help you. It’s okay to ask for help. Just don’t joke about it, some of the people who have the satisfaction of not feeling compulsive needs to damage themselves or others forget how good they have it, and just want attention.
