i should just not talk anymore

i either get interupted or ignored so what the hell is the point the only time i get the chance to say anything is when i start to talk and get cut off by someone else and then i stop and sit there like okay the fuck thanks for that and then someone tells everyone else to shut up so i can talk but at that point ive just lost the confidence to say what i was going to itll just get brushed off anyways
