If you guys didn't pick up on it, the Peppermint is a metaphor for a cigarette (not in the actual song i just. wanted it to be like that in this animation) Carmine has a really bad cig addiction and he gets Ash to try one. He dont like it cause cigs are fucking nasty ass. Anyways as the animation goes on you see that gore or w/e. That's basically just Carmine dying because his smoking addiction slowly kills him. They're like best friends but you know. Gotta add that sad shit B) Then he dies and goes to hell . tl;dr Carmine dies circa 2008
