from left to right: (no names are final, please help me come up with better ones) Telepath: they/she. part of the government superheroes. also has telekinesis, doesn't use it as much Kisser(definitely needs a new name): she/her. leader of the governent superheroes has the ability to blow a kiss and then either control a person if it hits a person, or cause an explosion if it doesn't hit a person. Water Manipulator: they/he. a vigilante. controls the gravity of specific objects by changing the gravity to be as if it was in water. only drawback is if an organism breathes, they won't be able to breathe the Illusionist: they/them. a vigilante. controls illusions.
