Shameless Self Promotion

Hello my fine fishy folk!

As many of you know, I've been working on an animation studio suite called Vash. I started it because over a year ago I had an idea for an animated short ("The Duel") but I didn't have the skills to create it properly in Drawn. Drawn was built for frame-by-frame animators and has a massive community component. I needed something more streamlined where I could create reusable components and embed clips inside other clips so that the software would do all the heavy lifting.

It's taken me well over a year, but I finally published The Duel. It's been such a long journey because I used The Duel to drive features, testing, and debugging in Vash. Vash is soon approaching beta release and I hope it will start generating revenue to help cover the costs of it and Drawn.

Also, I participated in the 2024 Gamedev.tv Game Jam back in June and created a fun little 3D burger vendor simulator game called "My Last Stand". I also created a video about it here: youtu.be
