We used to run outside, chasing our neighbours' doors for treats, we used to play thoughtlessly, with mind only of the present, we used to find life a simple, boring, and bearable aspect in our life. We used to have decorated, lively, energetic pages of animated artworks, made by competitive artists with bright futures. We used to draw with happiness and intent to enter the top and find ours there too. We used to draw for a reason--official and (much more) unofficial contests made by the artists themselves, rank-ups for a more pleasing image, and recognition for self-praise. We used to have moderators that would constantly revive the website into a much safer and lively place and help with the maintenance of it. Now we don't really run outside, especially for the October-November event. Now we don't play outside, with real friends that find true fun with you. Now we find life complicated, unfathomable, and unberably and sometimes suicidal. Now the decorations have fallen, Now the top is tampered by the inexperienced artists due to lack of competition. Now we have forgotten our reason to draw or, more significantly, animating. We find no hope in returning to that time, that memorable time, where we find that warm, nostalgic feeling and where we first started. It's not impossible to return, but it won't last a lifetime. Because now we're older.
