New Feature: Continue

Hey folks, just before 2018 is done I figured I'd add a long-awaited feature: Continue. Now you can continue existing animations (if the creator has turned it on for their animation). To see how it works, I've enabled continuing for this animation, and the very first animation created on Drawn by Yours Truly: https://drawn.digifi.ca/play/f7inae feel free to continue either to screw around with them and see how it works.
