How YOU can help with Lock n' Load
Yes, "Lock n' Load" is what I'm officially naming this series! why? Well, his name is Mag6, and 'Mags' are used to reload a weapon, so I figured it's perfect! (plus, there are parts where they "load" people's save files to bring them back...) How YOU can help with Drawn: Lock n' Load 1. ANIMATING As I'm sure almost all of you could've guessed, animating a full-blown series about all the stickman animators on drawn by yourself could take a while. And, I say "all" because the plan is to include more and more people as the series goes on, but I have chosen to do so one by one (I'll explain why later.) Anyhow, to speed things up, I am making the collaborations more of a sign-up thing now, to keep it organized and hopefully efficient as well. So, if you would like to help me animate, then by all means! sign up. How does the sign-up work? What I had in mind is, we would just go in order. For example, let's say Blatzz goes first and animates like two frames. When he's done, he will finish the animation and make it continuable for me. Then, I'd go in and just make sure everything's going according to plan (just so we don't lose the plot), and once I'm finished reviewing, I'll include the name of whichever user is next in line to animate. Then, the said user will continue the animation and pick up where Blatzz/I left off. Make sense? Well, if not, I'll try to show how it works as well when we get the next episode (The Death of Kirbo) up and running here! JOINING If you want to be a part of the project, there is a sign up to have one of your characters featured in a future episode! Just provide your username and which character you'd like to have included. (If you don't provide a character and your turn comes around, I'll just DM you and ask which of your characters you'd like to have in the story.) I introduce the characters one by one, because I want to give each of them a deserved amount of spotlight! Rather than just shoving everyone in all at once, I want each character to feel important to the story's progression. There is also a list of those who have already been introduced. DISCLAIMERS The first disclaimer is that, if you are a part of Lock N Load, your character will be subject to my (and everyone else's) writing preferences. Because I am giving y'all a lot of creative freedom when you're animating, the only things I will be regulating are anything that goes against Drawn's policies, or anything that's just generally hateful or not appropriate. So, bear in mind that if someone who's animating for an episode makes your character say something like "I love burritos!" when they, in fact, do not like burritos, we are not going to go back and change it, as that would cause a lot of unnecessary complications and would slow down production. However, that's not to say we won't all try our best to write each other's characters as best we can! 4. FAN ART I will be making fan art galleries and including them in the official Lock N' Load folder, so if you want to draw some cool related artwork, go right on ahead!
