the "unknown entity" that caused the accident 2 years ago earned the name "superhuman #1", the government got involved and took Milo highs (the orange dude) for experimentation ,turns out he got affected by the pure aura of the "superhuman #1" and gained enhanced strength and speed,along with some other powers (that he hadn't discovered yet) for the past 2 years the government made a organization called "superhuman collection agency" to find more unfortunate "superhuman" that were affected by "no.#1" and train them to find and capture the "super human #1" and study him and his origins, so far only 4 super humans have been taken and trained, in the future there could be meany more, the whereabouts of superhuman #1 are unknown
