i feel so hopeless. like im never gonna get out of this mindset where im just completely destroyed and broken down and alone. its embarrassing knowing im this useless and cant even work up the energy to pick myself back up and get myself back onto my feet. everything's just bad and dark and lonely and i dont know what to do. i feel so lost
