Hurricane was not born into power, at the time of his infancy, Icicle the Second was leading the Rigid Kingdom, and as he grew, so did his distaste for the Icicle Royal Family. After icicle the third's sudden death, He took the opportunity to get rid of Icicle the forth, who had taken the throne a few years earlier, thus earning the Kinghood of the Rigid. Hurricane would turn the Rigid into the Expansionists that would become well known to this day, and would begin conflicts all over the world, From North america, to eastern Asia. Hurricane was cruel, Violent, and extremely paranoid, so much so, that he created the ENFORCER PROJECT. His reign would be widely considered the worst time in rigid history, although little evidence of his acts were found, due to much of it being destroyed. #Hurricane the First
