My hand is hurt

(technically the left hand, not right) We're doing some weird bass stuff and my hands are really small, like the rest of me. So it was sore all yesterday and when I tried to do the same things today it hurt too bad to work the whole period. Hopefully it doesn't hurt again today, it was hard to sleep last night.
