Should Drawn Have thumbnails?

I had this idea on me for a while, here it goes! So when a user is about to upload an animation they could choose a thumbnail either from a frame of the animation or create a separate thumbnail. This is optional and you could toggle it on/off. The thumbnail would be a still drawing or a frame from the animation! Let me know what you think!
