Suggestion- No notification

This could help relieve users of mass animation notifications. The way it would work would only be for The Swamp. I think that this wouldn't work too well with posts from any other posting area of Drawn. Also, if you want to post and not give notifications to users when posting in the swamp for tests. This lets users who want to still give notifications to users happy along with the ones who wish to lesson the notification spread, while still posting. The whole point in the following someone is to see the notification when posting but given that it's pertained to just the swamp it could be helpful in that area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thoughts, questions, comments and welcome! :)
