Never a happy ending

Related to a dream I had hghn i dont remember it all but they were in some void or something and there were bad guys and stuff and they had to survive, unfortunately they both died. if i can remember correctly the blue n yellow one fell into the void and the turquoise cat was decapitated by one of the silhouettes in the background during a fight to the death
