My body about once a week

before any body gets concerned, I just have frequent nose bleeds.but, It just so happens that half of them occur in my sleep, which causes blood to get in my throat. So I have to hack it up in the morning along with the rest of my morning gunk. So I'm fine, just bleeding from the nose is all.
