Random animation 11

Another animation that I referenced from a 'how to animate hair' tutorial here: www.youtube.com , this time using the "wave principle". I'm going to post a hair animation that uses this specific principle, since I find it works better then the other method I tried on this other post: drawn.digifi.ca !
