@BendyTheInkling I had this entire thing, exept with the fnaf 1 crew, that's why I started sleeping with a pillow on my head, I think I'm trying to hide or somethin'...
@!AJD! I can try. I mean, it can be difficult. it just comes back to me. I can try saying "It's not real" at night. even though I hate to read, I can try the whole "enjoyable" book.
@BendyTheInkling ah, okay... so. you have nothing to be afraid of. Remember, that's just some weird little girl with a disturbing amount of barbecue sauce in her eyes and mouth. I used to have bad nightmares, but when you're sleeping, keep a little thought in your mind that "this is just a dream... I can control my dreams!!" and maybe you'll be able to change your nightmare up a little. I could do that, but it of course took practice. If you can't fall asleep because of it, say in your mind (or out loud), "It's not real. Even if it was, it won't even notice me because I am NOT a victim..." or something like it. Even maybe laugh to yourself and think, "That's ridiculous." because your mind is pretty much tricking you into thinking that you're scared of this thing. Also, I found that reading a book that I enjoyed helped to calm me down. I always thought, "these characters always have bigger problems than me. I shouldn't be worried." And even if all that doesn't work, just know that you have people on here that can help you and that your mom wouldn't let anything happen to you, even if you're in a different room.
I hope that helped!! Just know you can talk to me if there's anything worrying you or something!
