She currently doesn't look like this (she's 29 canonically). - Lizzie is very self-deprecating and anxious in this stage of her life. She starves herself to try and look better and she doesn't look this healthy (its old arthadjfhsjkafa) - Her glasses aren't red anymore - Her hair is a deeper brown since her natural hair color is black - She gets a perm later in the story.
