My Terraria game broke,,

So Every time I tapped on an item in my hotbar to equip it, it zoomed in full screen, and wouldn't let me select it. I then tried to open up my inventory, but it wouldn't pull up. Every time I'd tap the screen, it would make the noise when you open it. I even created a new world to see if it was bugged, and yes. It fucking was. Welp I'm mad :) This game hates me is2g
