Corrupted Fulminata (Fulmina)
Little girl that is like a billion years old, guardian of air, lol.
Came from Marble Siege, added -ta to the name, and this is by far the most difficult drawing, mainly due to both the falling + wings.
I had to redesign the clothing 7 times. 7. Freaking. Times.
The posture looks a little wrong, the darn circle on both the halo and the crown, gosh, my first time shading-
I tried my best.
And only half of them are shown on here :P.
A lot of things went wrong, but it should be fine.

Idk why it has a mohawk. Its head felt Empty and i didnt know what to do with it. Also should make the design a little more simple and cutesy to fit with the other eevees . But that is the First design
