I'm 20 years old, And I can express this feeling soooooo much. I was late to my orientation for college and Russian's DO NOT play lateness, But all you need to do is not stress it so much. Walk around your whole house or somethin' or excercise, drink some tea or coffee and try to listen to some music. These are my personal tricks to get motivated and not feel tired.
