To motivate someone, you must: 1) Always be positive. 2) Mean every single thing. 3) use exclamation marks, and smiley faces, to make the other person happy. 4)Don't fake the encouragement, at all costs. 5) Make them believe that they did great, because they did. 6)Don't discourage another user.
